How long does shipping take?

Shipping is free on every US order. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and usually arrive in 7–12 business days.

Will it arrive before Christmas?

Order by December 1 for the best chance of delivery before Christmas.

How do I track my order?

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also follow it in the Shop app.

What if it doesn't fit?

Email us within 30 days of delivery. We'll send another size or refund you in full. You don't need to send anything back.

How do I choose a size?

Measure the neck, chest and back length, and compare with the chart on each product page. Between sizes, go one size up.

How does Buy 2, save 15% work?

Add any 2 or more items to your cart, mix and match, and 15% comes off by itself. You don't need a code.

Can I use WELCOME10 with Buy 2, save 15%?

No, the two don't combine. WELCOME10 takes 10% off your first order; with 2 or more items in your cart, Buy 2, save 15% is the bigger saving.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and more, all through secure Shopify checkout.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. Right now we ship to addresses in the United States only.
